John Chickosky
President & Chief Executive Officer
John Chickosky joined the Natrix Board of Directors in 2010 and was named President and CEO in July 2011. Most recently, he held the position of Chief Commercial Officer and President of the BioSystems Division of Xcellerex, Inc., where he was instrumental in developing and executing the company’s commercial strategy. He brings more than 20 years of senior management experience with life science technology companies. Prior to Xcellerex, he held senior positions at Kendro Laboratory Products (now part of ThermoFisher), where he was Vice President, Global Bioprocessing and Drug Discovery Sales and at CARR Separations, where he was Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Prior to CARR, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at AquaAir, Inc. and at Sepracor, Inc as Vice President, Marketing and Vice President, Business Development.
John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Santa Clara University and an MBA from St. Mary’s College (California).
Robert Beveridge
Chief Financial Officer
Rob Beveridge joined Natrix as CFO in October 2008. Prior to coming to Natrix, Rob was Chief Financial Officer at Texada Software, Inc., a publicly traded technology company based in Toronto. Rob’s expertise includes all aspects of financial management and reporting, investor relations, public and private market fund raising, M&A, and business operations. He has worked with a variety of technology companies both private and public in North America and around the world.
A native of New Zealand, Rob is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Management Studies (B.M.S.) from Waikato University.
C. Howie Honeyman, Ph.D.
Senior Vice President, Research & Product Development
Howie Honeyman joined Natrix in October 2007. He is responsible for all research & development for Natrix materials and products; applications development; intellectual property strategies; and external research partnerships. Dr. Honeyman is a highly regarded technologist, bringing to Natrix a proven track record in R&D and commercialization of novel discoveries. At E Ink Corporation, a venture capital funded start-up located in Cambridge, MA, Dr. Honeyman led the development of the first major commercial platform and invented key components of the company’s technology, which is now the cornerstone of commercial e-readers such as the Amazon Kindle. Prior to E Ink Corporation, he led research and product development efforts at Cabot Corporation and Xerox (Xerox Research Center of Canada).
Dr. Honeyman holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Toronto and was a postdoctoral researcher at Penn State University. He is the co-author of 17 peer-reviewed publications and is an inventor of record on more than 50 US patents and published patent applications.
Molly S. McGlaughlin, Ph. D. Candidate
Vice President, Business Development
Molly McGlaughlin joined Natrix in July 2011, and is responsible for all commercial development and marketing for the company. Molly brings to Natrix more than 20 years of senior level biotechnology business development and marketing experience, most recently at Cytovance Biologics where she was Vice President of Sales and Business Development. She held previous positions with leading life sciences companies including, Avecia Biotechnology, Patheon and Tyco Healthcare (Mallinckrodt and JT Baker).
Molly is also a long-time member of the U.S. Army Reserves, where she has held positions of increasing leadership culminating in her current position of Battalion Commander. She holds a B.S. in Biology from Norwich University, an M.eD. in Adult Education and Organizational Development from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and is a Doctoral candidate in the school of Business and Technology at Capella University concentrating on M&A in the Biotechnology sector.
Brad Kachuik
Director, Operations
Brad joined Natrix in September 2007, and is responsible for manufacturing operations and process development for all Natrix materials, products and systems. Brad brings to Natrix 10 years of engineering and management experience with leading technology firms including Photowatt Technologies, STMicroelectronics, and Nortel Networks.
Brad holds a B.A.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Ottawa.
